New Client Policy

We require a complementary 15 minute consultation for any new color client.  This allows us to discuss your hair goals as well as determine the proper amount of time for your service.  An estimate of price can also be given at this time.

We require a deposit to reserve any appointment for that exceeds 2 hours in length.  Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to appointment time will result in the deposit being forfeited and may affect availability of appointments in the future

Reservation Policy

Since we reserve a special amount of time to assist you with your hair goals, we ask that you please provide us with 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  This allows us to adjust our schedules and also to serve our clients on the waitlist.  We understand that emergencies happen, and we do our best to work with you under those circumstances.

Missed Appointment Policy

Clients who "no show" two or more appointments will  be required to give a non-refundable deposit to reserve any appointment made in the future.  Any future "no shows" will result in a charge of 100% of the service costs for that appointment. 

Service Guarantee 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your services!  If you are not completely satisfied, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your original appointment so that we may schedule to have your services corrected free of charge.  Requests outside the 7 day window will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
